🔷 SHARE TRANSFER PROCEDURE IN A COMPANY

🧭 STEP-BY-STEP SHARE TRANSFER PROCESS
🔹 STEP 1: CHECK AOA (PRIVATE COMPANY)

🔹 STEP 2: EXECUTION OF SHARE TRANSFER DEED (FORM SH-4)
